WHISKEY BARREL - TIE CLIP & CUFFLINKS

A pair of handcrafted Irish whiskey barrel cufflinks and tie clip.

Included with the set in its presentation box is a small card with a brief story of the history of the barrel that was used to make these beautiful accessories...

The cufflinks and tie clip have been carved from a recycled Irish Whiskey Oak barrel stave. The metal component is silver plated and rebated into the wood giving it the strongest join possible.

The wood is carefully selected to showcase the stunning grain pattern, medullary rays, and unique whiskey stain which shows up as a darker shadow line in the oak.

The craftsman has created his own wood polish that is a blend of local beeswax and Irish organic linseed oil. Which intensifies the wood grain unlocking its warm, rich colour and giving the wood back its wonderful depth. It also creates a protective moisture barrier that will keep your tie clip and cufflinks looking like new well into the future...
